MBI is solely dedicated to the practice of employee benefits management. Our objective is to maximize value for our customers — not only by making certain they offer the best benefit plan designs for their employees, but also by ensuring that their benefits, personnel policies, and administrative practices meet the requirements of federal and state regulations.

We then take it one step further and evaluate how these plans affect Personnel Policies, Employee Communication, Supervisor Personnel Training, and Compliance. Then, we use our experience and industry relationships to determine the best fit your needs and avoid potential problem areas.

We recognize your need for an experienced advocate with the knowledge and focus to partner with you in managing your employee benefits. We have a service department specifically dedicated to supporting each MBI client in the day-to-day administration of their benefit programs, and Human Resource issues.
