Client Needs Survey
Listening to and understanding clients are top priorities for Managed Benefits. We created a survey for some of our current clients in order to find out what clients need and value in terms of services and how those services are carried out. We took the information and are in the process of revising and improving any gaps and inefficiencies that were revealed. We plan to conduct this survey on an annual basis.
