Managed Benefits, Inc. (MBI) is a privately owned regional Employee Benefit Brokerage and Consulting firm serving the needs of our clients for over 20 years. Customer service values have always been the foundation of our organization. We listen to our clients and invest in the services they need. Our clients receive creative plan design and cost containment strategies; marketing analysis and recommendations; exceptional customer service; and education and communication of all employee health and welfare plans. In addition, we provide value added services including compliance reviews, wellness, supervisory training and general HR assistance.
With a dedicated team of over 25 experienced professionals, each averaging over 10 years experience, MBI services over 300 clients in the Virginia, Mid-Atlantic areas and beyond. Our client base ranges in size from two member employee start-ups to multi-state corporations with thousands of employees. Our membership with United Benefit Advisors, an alliance of over 140 premier independent benefit advisory firms allows us to offer our clients solutions that are innovative and cost efficient – whether the client has one location or multiple locations throughout the United States.
